ABOUT STRATIFAB
We started out in 2009 as enthusiasts tinkering around with a Makerbot Cupcake. Over time, we have invested in more printers, and the wide range of models we have now allows us to offer our customers incredible prints with a variety of properties.
Many hobbyists and engineering companies in the Bay Area would benefit from having a supplier of small-run, quick-turnaround 3D prints for prototyping and even production usage. stratifab exists to fill that demand. We can also ship parts elsewhere if that is necessary!

3D Printing, Laser Cutting, and OpenBuilds Components
LOW-COST FDM PRINTING
Have a design that you want to be able to hold in your hand, but don't necessarily need the highest-resolution prints? Low-cost FDM printing at 200 micron resolution is a great option for you.
HIGH-RESOLUTION RESIN PRINTING
When you need extremely-detailed prints, our Form 2 will get the job done. Select from the entire line of Formlabs resins and then choose your desired print resolution (25 - 100 microns, depending upon the resin type). If you're in the market for a resin printer and want to hold a test print before making the financial investment, this is one way to do it!
CHOPPED AND CONTINUOUS-FIBER FDM PRINTING
stratifab has two models of Markforged printers at its disposal; the Mark Two Professional, which can lay continuous Kevlar, Fiberglass, or Carbon Fiber filament along with Nylon filament, providing extremely strong and stiff parts; and the Onyx One that prints parts 30% stiffer than PLA prints by using Onyx, a Nylon filament reinforced with chopper Carbon Fiber.
LASER CUTTING
Do you have some parts that you'd like to cut out of materials such as plywood or acrylic? We can do this for you.
